In the Mood for Styling

Yesterday I was in quite a mood for putting some styles together, resulting in the following three:

Style 1
A competition triggered this first combination as it required to come up with a style inspired by the Louis Vuitton's Fall 2010 Campaign, which featured three Supermodels born in three different decades. Marc Jacobs selected Christy Turlington, Natalia Vodianova, and Karen Elson — coincidentally, none of whom walked in the collection's show — for the accompanying campaign. "This season we are working with three of the most beautiful women, I think, in the world," he says in the making-of video. Blonde, brunette, and a redhead." They also span one model in her 20s, one in her 30s, and one in her 40s. This marks the fourth Vuitton campaign captured by Steven Meisel, who constructed the '50s set in a Manhattan studio space.

These are the campaign pictures:

I decided to go for the fourth picture and came up with this :

PRINT AD #59: Louis Vuitton's Fall 2010 Campaign
Jayson Home & Garden, 1928 Collection, Burberry

Style 2
This second style was also done for a competition, entitled: Walternative Challenge #71: Belle. The challenge is to come up with a look for a more modern Belle from Beauty and the Beast.

The result in my case is:

Walternative Challenge #71: Belle
Yves Saint Laurent, Ulta, Gianmarco Lorenzi

Style 3
And last but not least I put together this style, just for the fun it this time though, not for any competition. I was just browsing on the internet when I remembered SJP in STC2 wearing a tux, being the 'bestman' for her friends' wedding. My mind kept on going and remembered SJP wasn't the first and continued to search even more eagerly, making me really want to try and put something similar together.

And here it goes:
